Hello!
My name is Michael Grasseschi. I recently returned from Los Angeles working as a digital still photographer on a medium budget video/ film production with Blue Cactus Pictures, and I have over fifteen years of experience as a photographer in a substantial variety of venues and subject matter.
I am a Canon 10D digital SLR photographer with a full kit of digital accesories and lenses.
I not only teach photography workshops (12 years) but I also have been published in several different print media, and am a principal digital photographer for the online company, myraceday.com. You can view samples of my work there...for example, look at the photography for a race called the \"5430\"....or any of the Winter Park Mountain Bike series, especially #1 and # 3. In addition, I have at least 15 other races I shot there that you can look at, call me for further details.
In the summers I have been working as a principal and secondary digital photographer (and first videographer as well) for alldigitalweddings.com. I am thus comfortable with directing and guiding both laypeople and models to look their best!
In addition, I have a college related background in the study of fine art photography at Humboldt State University up in Northern California. I worked extensively with nudes and figures, both color and black and white, and I am extremey comfotrable with working with models in both professional and intimate settings. I have an excellent and discerning eye for beauty and how to find and emphasize the best composition in most situations and scenarios.
Curerntly I am producing my own art gallery show from a juxtapostion of either lingerie clad or nude bodies with natural textural types of images from my own archives, and it has become an ongoing digital project that I am very excited about.
I would really like to know more about you and your company before we go any further, and if it seems we are a match, then I can give you greater details into my background as a photographer.
I am also an experienced digital imaging technician in Photoshop ( have had formal training and employment in that category) as well as a graphic designer (also formal training and employment).

My general rates are $300.00 per day, minimum of 4hrs, with 2 slr rolls (36exp ea) and one chip, at 99 shots. Costume changes, locations, etc, can be negotiated prior to shoot. I will retain one copy of all shoots. Distribution of any photos will be at the decresition of the subject. Copy right laws are in affect. |
